RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to make sure that you're happy and have the best experience possible with us. That means if our products aren't for you, we'll refund your first order in full, with proof of purchase, within 30-days from the date of purchase if the product is unopened.

How do I return unopened products?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30-days of delivery for unopened products. We will refund you for the full cost of the product—minus shipping, VAT, or duties—no questions asked.

To request a refund, simply reach out to our Customer Service Team by emailing info@yourtides.com within 30-days of your order, and someone will be happy to help.

If your refund request is made outside of the 30-day period above, we are unable to issue a refund.

Unopened product(s) being returned must be mailed or shipped within 14-days of the date the return was authorized by the Tides Customer Service Team.

Your unopened product(s) must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase for each product that confirms your name, address, and order number.

If the returned product(s) is opened and/or damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund.

How do I return subscription products?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30-days of delivery for unopened products of your FIRST monthly subscription order. We will refund you for the full cost of the product—minus shipping, VAT, or duties—no questions asked.

To request a refund, simply reach out to our Customer Service Team by emailing info@yourtides.com within 30-days of your first monthly subscription order, and someone will be happy to help.

If your refund request is made outside of the 30-day period above, we are unable to issue a refund or offer credit.

Unopened product(s) being returned must be mailed or shipped within 14-days of the date the return was authorized by the Tides Customer Service Team.

We are only able to offer refunds for your first subscription order, and not for subsequent subscription orders, even if those subsequent shipments are billed, paid, or shipped during the 30-day period above. For all such subsequent shipments, you may reschedule or cancel your subscription at any time in your Account. Subscriptions that are canceled and then re-activated later are not eligible for a refund.

Please allow 7-14 business days once the return has arrived to our warehouse for return processing and approval. Please note as a growing company we do not provide return labels or cover cost of shipping. Results may vary from person to person and results are not guaranteed. Allergies - all ingredients are listed. Please review them carefully prior to consuming. Representations regarding the efficacy and safety of Tides products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The FDA only evaluates foods and drugs, not supplements, such as the products offered by Tides.
