  • Why should I take Tides?

Peptides are making big waves in the wellness space, and for good reason. While peptide products have been around for decades, they’re just recently becoming more and more well-known for their incredible healing properties. It’s undeniable that many have witnessed the powerful effects that peptides have on the body. And while the most common way to take peptides is via an injection, many people struggle with the idea of injecting themselves daily or weekly, which is why we created ingestible versions. We are the first brand in the market that has peptide infused gummies. They’re easy to use, taste great, and provide effective daily doses of peptides and other supporting active ingredients. 

  • Are there side effects?

There are no known side effects at this time. 

  • What are the benefits of taking peptides in gummy / powder form? (ingesting vs. injecting)

Injecting a peptide is always going to provide a higher level of bioavailability and absorption. No question. However, many people are adverse to injecting themselves and so our gummies and drink powders are a great alternative. 

  • Does this need to be prescribed to me?

As a nutritional supplement company, we supply supplement grade products that do not require a physician’s prescription. 

  • Does oral peptide absorption work?

The buccal mucosa, which lines the inside of the cheek, is highly vascularized, allowing for rapid absorption of nutrients directly into the systemic circulation, bypassing the gastrointestinal tract and hepatic first-pass metabolism. 

Percentage Absorbed: 25-50%. Seems low but is the same as other active ingredients in nutritional supplements.

  • How long should I take the products for?

The length of time that you should take our products entirely depends on the product and the reason why you are taking it. Peptides are powerful molecules and it is recommended that small occasional breaks are given while taking them. Always consult with your medical professional prior to making any decisions about your supplementation schedule.

  • Is it okay to take more than one of your products together?

Yes, it is. 

  • How long until I notice improvement?

This is very dependent on your body’s metabolic and immune function and your purpose for taking the product/s. Most people start to notice improvement with the Revive and Rebuild products within 30 days or less. The D-Stress gummies work nearly instantly for most consumers. As with any nutritional supplement, you always want to allow 30+ days for assimilation.

  • When should I take the product?

This depends on the formula! Please refer to the product descriptions on our website for more information. However, we would suggest playing around with the formulas and finding your own rhythm. Everyone's alchemy and personal needs differ, and so we encourage you to feel empowered and choose the dosage that best works for you.

  • Do your products taste good?

YES! We formulated all of our products to taste amazing. The only minor outlier is our D-Stress gummies which contain DHH-B from magnolia bark which is a bitter compound and adds a bit of bitterness to the overall flavor of the gummy. It is very minor and we’ve yet to find someone who can’t tolerate it. The benefits and effects far outweigh the slight bitter taste.

  • What measures do you take to ensure the quality of your products?

Our team is constantly searching for the highest quality of raw materials and manufacturing facilities to produce our products. We also test all of our products at a 3rd party lab.

  • Your products seem expensive, why is that?

The process to make a peptide is extremely costly. The raw materials, the process, the time, and the equipment is all very specialized and challenging to source. Additionally, we are very committed to having the highest quality products by sparing no expense with our own sourcing, manufacturing, and 3rd party testing on all of our batches. 

  • Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship internationally however, we are in the process of being able to do so. Please check back with us soon for any updates. 

  • Are your products safe for children?

We always recommend consulting with your medical professional prior to starting any new supplement regimen for yourself or your child.

  • Do you offer refunds?

  • What is the difference between a subscription and a bundle?

A subscription is a flexible recurring, monthly order that helps save money on your orders.

When you order all three of our products, that’s called a bundle. 

Purchasing a bundle as a subscription will create additional tiered discounts that help you save even more. The more products you add to your subscription the more you will save! 

  • Can you recommend supplements for a specific illness or ailment?

Please consult with a licensed medical professional for any questions related to a specific disease or ailment. 

  • I am seeing that a label has been created when I click my tracking link, but there is no movement. 

Sometimes, shipping carriers will create a label in advance to prepare the package for transit. It can take up to 48 hours after the label was created before your order ships. You may also reach out to the carrier directly for more information. Alternatively, the status of the tracking may be ‘label created’ but it could be in the hands of the carrier, just not yet scanned into the carrier’s facility. If 48 hours have passed and no movement has occurred, please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.
